Egyszerűen elkészíthető, férfiaknak és legényeknek is ajánlom. Agglegények figyelmébe: a héjába főtt krumplit azért érdemes meghámozni:)
Hozzávalók 4-5 személyre:
– 1 kg burgonya héjában megfőzve és kihűtve
– 8 tojás megfőzve, kihűtve
– 1 nagy dobozos tejföl
– fél szép szál száraz kolbász
– só
– margarin
Elkészítése:
A héjában főtt krumplit és a keményre főzött tojásokat (10 perc forrástól számítva), meghámozzuk, lepucoljuk. Kimargarinozunk egy lábost vagy egy nagyobb jénait. A burgonyát képzeletben 3 felé osztjuk és az 1/3 részét a jénai aljára karikázom majd jól besózom ( kb 3-4 nagyobb csipet). Jöhet rá a tojások fele karikára szelve. A kolbit is két felé osztjuk és karikába szeleteljük. Az egyik fél mehet a tojásokra. Erre kerül a tejföl majdnem fele. Majd szintén megint krumpli besózva…tojás…kolbi..tejföl. A végére lefedés képpen a maradék krumpli (1/3). Majd ha marad kis tejföl a tetejére tehetünk és akkor szépen barnul.
Sütése:
Ha jénaiban sütjük vigyázzunk, hogy akkor tegyük a sütőbe amikor még hideg mert szétrobbanhat az üveg ha forró sütőbe hidegen tesszük be. 40 percig szoktam sütni 200 fok körül.
